Solution:

You simply need to add the SIC code in your companies house. The problem is most of the sellers have only one SIC code and listings are in multiple categories or the SIC code is too vague. so add the maximum 4 SiC code which will define more detail of the business.

most of the sellers are using

47910 – Retail sale via mail order houses or via Internet

make sure to use multiple SIC codes to explain the product line in details and reply to amazon email above.

also if you have added wrong SIC then correct it.
